Casella Grant

Casella, a company that has consistently led the industry in offering services and infrastructure that help communities and customers sustain – economically as well as environmentally – the planet’s limited resources is always seeking opportunities to support programs that build their communities. Through a generous donation to the Killington World Cup Foundation, a grant program was launched to help specific communities with their school initiatives to get more children outside and provide access to those children who might not have the opportunity due to the cost of snow sports.

“I wanted to send a note on behalf of KES Trailblazers and the greater KES community to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for your support, and the support of KWCF and the Casella Grant, in helping us to get the KES Trailblazers Program off the ground for the 2022 ski season. As you know, Trailblazers strives to promote a love of the outdoors and skiing for our K-6 students - over the past 2 years we’ve had to navigate MANY obstacles to sustain the program: supporting the instruction of “never-evers” with parent and community volunteers, providing equipment and soft goods to families experiencing financial hardships, ongoing challenges with transportation/logistics as a result of COVID, and more. Your support and generosity will make such an impact for these students, parents, and volunteers – thank you again!”
